Qigong – The Alignment of Breath

Qigong is both a Chinese philosophy and a practice of the alignment of breath, physical activity and spiritual and corporeal health. It is also seen as a developer of human potential and purports the spiritual awakening of a person’s true nature.

Benefits of Qigong   Many practitioners show profound anti-aging effects and some gain incredible ability to heal. Most notably, Qigong is used to for improving digestion (bowel movements and detoxification), strengthening blood circulation, keeping a strong immune system and overall – extending lifespan.

The reason for these accomplishments is that Qi improves microcirculation to the brain, vital organs, intestines, endocrine glands and moves blood to unimaginable parts of your microcirculation. The increased blood flow leads to the accumulation of what Chinese Medicine calls “Jing”. It is quite possibly the most powerful form of exercise on Earth.  A clear understanding is required to gain the benefits described above.
